The staff were very friendly. Loved the fact there was a Swimming Pool and Spa.

Went to pull the curtains and the curtain rail fall down as it wasnt attached to the brackets. Phoned Reception to advise, the male member was unsure what to do, we asked if we could get a screw driver to see if we could fix it. The same staff member bought the screw driver to the room was pleasant but my partner was the one that re attached the curtain rail. The toilet was black and dirty under the slipping door when you closed the door.

Warm butroom with sweet reception.

The staff in reception is very nice and warm care. The location is quiet.

The room space is not meet my expectations. And the wash room facilities are not so good.

Perfectly fine for our one night stay

About a 5min drive from the railway station Parking ok directly outside our room Room and facilities were ok Nothing to complain about

Noisy train at some stage but no big deal really.

It has all the comforts needed for a night away from home.

It had a gym which was helpful. The restaurant food was a little pricey but beautiful. Bed was clean and comfy

The room was a little more dated than I was expecting (bench tops etc). The fridge was turned off (or down low) when I got there, and weirdly the man hole cover over the roof hatch was open.

It looks like a standard hotel, the room is clean

The staff answered my questions at a very fast speed, with words mixed in: "Oh, I haven't used this washing machine before," "I' told you for fortress coins. Do you think it's free? "There's no space left in this laundry room except for two big machines. I don't think they really want guests to use it for laundry."

Okay but over priced and let down by the small things.

Rooms were nicely decorated and well set out

The room smelt of chlorine. The towels were worn and the carpet mats were tattered. The towels looked old and I would have thrown them out if I had them at home. Also the reception hand wrote my credit card number down which I felt uneasy about

have stayed a few times now when travelling for work, it is my accommodation of choice in Greymouth

Staff always friendly and helpful with weather updates. Room and facilities good. Nice touch with the fudge - yumm.

Had to wait for a few minutes on arrival before someone came to reception, but it was dry and warm so not a major.

It was adequate for my interests and the location was great as well. Thank you.

The bed was great but I think the sheets and the linen overall was below the standard one would expect. The room was clean I did notice some updating of plumbing, bathroom sinks and tap ware needed attention. Overall it was a comfortable room Number 18.

The linen chosen for the bed. The mattress protector needed replacing and all the sheeting for the bed, the pillow's and pillow slips was all wrong. Try buying if I may suggest from Wallace Cotton they have excellent quality linen.
